The following models of Yealink handset have been confirmed as fully functional:

  • T27P

Fully Automatic (DHCP)

For fully automatic provisioning of handsets, you will need to add a DHCP Option to your DHCP server. This option will inform the Yealink handsets on how to download their configuration file when they boot.

You should configure DHCP option 66 with the following URL (Uniform Resource Locator):

           http://username:password@siphelp.atlasisp.net/provision

Please contact support for the username and password.

Semi Automatic

If you cannot add a DHCP option to your scope, you will instead need to set the provisioning server manually. Atlas provided handsets can be pre-configured for you if necessary at the time of purchase.

  1. Once the phone is booted, press the 'OK' key to find the IP address.

  2. In your web browser, enter the IP address in the address bar, eg. http://192.168.1.68/

  3. Login with the default username and password (admin/admin).

  4. Navigate to Settings -> Auto Provision.

  5. You will need to know which VoiceOne server you are located on, and then enter the following settings:

    User Name
    username
    Password
    password
    Server URL
    http://siphelp.atlasisp.net/provision
  6. Once the settings are entered, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Confirm.

  7. Reboot the handset or click the Autoprovision Now button.

  8. When the phone boots, it will download its configuration and firmware (if necessary) from our servers.
