Time Conditions allow you to create a destination number that will re-route incoming calls based on date or time. This is commonly used for holiday messages and day/night/lunch service. If you wish to use a time condition, we recommend contacting support as the initial configurtion can be complicated.
Field | Explanation |

Name | Enter the name of the time condition. |
Extension | Enter the destination number for this time condition. |
Settings | Enter the conditions under which this time condition should re-route the call, and the destination to which it should be routed in these circumstances. |
Presets | A selection of preset dates and holidays. Click the advanced button to reveal a field that will allow you to set the destination for multiple presets. |
Alternate Destination | Where the call should route to if it does not match one of the above conditions. |
Order | In the event of multiple time conditions, this controls what order they are used in. |
Enabled | Whether or not this time condition is enabled/disabled. |
Description | Enter a description for the time condition. |
