Time Conditions allow you to create a destination number that will re-route incoming calls based on date or time. This is commonly used for holiday messages and day/night/lunch service. If you wish to use a time condition, we recommend contacting support as the initial configurtion can be complicated.

Time Conditions

Field Explanation
Name Enter the name of the time condition.
Extension Enter the destination number for this time condition.
Settings Enter the conditions under which this time condition should re-route the call, and the destination to which it should be routed in these circumstances.
Presets A selection of preset dates and holidays. Click the advanced button to reveal a field that will allow you to set the destination for multiple presets.
Alternate Destination Where the call should route to if it does not match one of the above conditions.
Order In the event of multiple time conditions, this controls what order they are used in.
Enabled Whether or not this time condition is enabled/disabled.
Description Enter a description for the time condition.
