The VoiceOne platform retains Call Detail Records (CDRs), which contain information about both inbound and outbound phone calls. These details include but are not limited to:

  • Source and destination telephone numbers.
  • Source and destination IP addresses.
  • Call duration.
  • Call quality metrics.
  • Audio encoding information.
  • Error messages.
  • Internal call routing and VoIP details.

This information is retained for 365 days after which time it will be expunged.

Call recordings - if enabled - are retained for 30 days and then expunged.
