The VoiceOne platform retains Call Detail Records (CDRs), which contain information about both inbound and outbound phone calls. These details include but are not limited to:
- Source and destination telephone numbers.
- Source and destination IP addresses.
- Call duration.
- Call quality metrics.
- Audio encoding information.
- Error messages.
- Internal call routing and VoIP details.
This information is retained for 365 days after which time it will be expunged.
Call recordings - if enabled - are retained for 30 days and then expunged.
