VoiceOne is a complete communications service for business that provides an extensive range of telephony capabilities.

In order to manage your VoiceOne system, you will need a modern web browser - we recommend using Google Chrome, but Firefox and Microsoft Edge should work as well. Your account manager will provide you with a web address (URL) to log into, as well as your username and password. Store these in a safe place.

If you are not familiar with telephony systems, below is a short glossary which may help you understand.

  • DDI or Direct Dial In - These are numbers that callers can use to make calls to your phone system. Through the phone system, they can be programmed to perform different actions depending on how you see fit.
  • Devices - Usually a physical device capable of making or receiving call, such as a telephone handset. Requires an extension to be configured for it.
  • Extension - A number inside your telephone system. Extensions are usually attached to Devices, so that a user can make and receive calls.
  • SIP - SIP (or Session Initiation Protocol) is a signalling protocol used for making and receiving phone calls between devices, phone systems and the rest of the world.
  • Trunks - Trunks connect your phone system to the rest of the world. They carry the calls between your phone system and external numbers.
