Recording are used as greetings, messages and announcements in several different applications in the VoiceOne system. The Recordings app allows you to playback, lissten to and upload recordings.
To make a recording through an extensions, dial feature code *732. You will be asked for a PIN number, and then asked to select a number of a recording - if you enter '3', it will be uploaded as Recording3.wav. You can then make your recording and hangup when done.
