Troubleshooting SIP ALG Disable SIP ALG on Cisco IOS

  1. Log onto the router's command line interface via SSH or serial console.
  2. Type enable if necessary.
  3. Type configure terminal.
  4. Type no ip nat service sip udp port 5060
  5. Type no ip nat service sip tcp port 5060
  6. Type exit
  7. Type copy running-config startup-config
