Troubleshooting SIP ALG Disable SIP ALG on TP-Link W9970

  1. Open a browser (Firefox, Chrome etc) and go to 192.168.1.1. This is the default IP address.
  2. Login to the router (default username is admin and password is admin - if your router has been configured by Atlas, the password will be set to the broadband password).
  3. On the left, click Advanced Setup and then click on NAT and then click on ALG.
  4. Uncheck the box by SIP Enabled.
  5. Click Save/Apply.
