One of the great features of Atlas VoiceOne is that you can use your phone service practically anywhere with a reliable internet connection, and can choose from a range of area codes.
However, this can cause potential problems in the event that you need to contact the emergency services. If you were calling from a fixed line, the address you were dialling from is made available to the operators and can be expected to be accurate.
Therefore your hosted phone system is by default registered to your billing address, and this will be presented to the emergency services if you call them. If you move address or location, it is important that you inform us so that we can update your registered address. We can also register individual DDI numbers to specific addresses.
