Call Routing - or more commonly called Call Forwarding - allows you to forward calls from extensions to other extensions or external numbers. This is commonly used when someone is out of the office or on holiday, or temporarily working from another extension.
To edit Call Routing, click the pencil symbol beside the extension you want to route the calls from and you will see a page that will allow you to enable or disable the various Call Routing options and the destination for those options.
