The Operator Panel allows you to view and manage live calls. You will see a list of your extensions, each within its own panel. When the extension is receiving or making a call and waiting to be answeredthe panel will turn blue. When the call is connected it will turn green. An arrow in the top right of the panel will show the direction of the call (inbound or outbound) and there will be a "No" symbol in the bottom right that will allow you to hang up the call.
