Call Detail Records provides a view of your call history as well as the ability to search them for specific calls.
| Field | Explanation |

| CID Name | For internal calls, will display the name of the extension making the call. For external calls, it will show the callers number. |
| Source | Shows the callers number. |
| Destination | Shows the final destination of the call. |
| Recording | If call recording is enabled, options to playback or download the audio will show here. |
| Start | Date and time of the start of the call. |
| TTA | The time it took for the call to be answered. |
| Duration | The total duration of the call in hours, minutes and seconds. |
| PDD | The between the caller dialling the number and receiving a ringing tone from an extension. |
| MOS | Call Quality Measurement. 4.50 is the maximum possible. |
| Hangup Cause | The reason the call ended. |
