Users allows you to create user accounts that can be used to log into the web interface, with varying levels of permissions.
For example, you can create additional admin accounts which can be used to manage the system. You can also create user accounts which are then attached to extension. The user can then log into the web interface and perform basic management for their extension - viewing call records, setting call forwards etc.
Note: The public permissions group should not be used.
