There is currently no way to disable SIP ALG on the Sky Hub. Although the service might work, you may experience call dropping, one-way audio, issues registering your handsets and other problems.
We would suggest purchasing and installing a more suitable router, however, Sky Broadband do not permit their broadband to be used for business purposes and may not permit you to use a router other than the Sky Hub.
